    Sample Collection:
    Insert the supplied cotton swab into the vagina and rotate for 10 seconds. Remove gently.

    Sample Preparation:
    If the test is performed immediately, then place the cotton swab in the extraction tube. Otherwise, store the swab in a dry tube at room temperature for up to 24 hours, at 4 ° C for up to a week, or at -20 ° C for up to 6 months.

    Test preparation:
    Let the test materials reach room temperature. Add 8 drops of extraction buffer to the extraction pipe.

    Sample Extraction:
    Insert the podium into the extraction pipe if it is not already done. Mix the graft with the liquid in the extraction tube vigorously by rotating the cotton swab against the side of the pipe at least ten times.     How is the result read?
